Orinoquiaphoto: Asistente y archivo / Assistant and archive
Llegué a Orinoquiaphoto gracias a Ramon Lepage, un excelente fotografo que conocí en la ONG. Orinoquia es una agencia venezolana de fotografía en internet y representantes de Getty Images-Latin America en el país. Cuando trabajé con ellos, sin embargo, estaban empezando, y los ayudé ingresando las nuevas fotografías a su base de datos, redactando las descripciones y asignándoles los tags y metadata en general. También desarrollé un newsletter para dar a conocer el trabajo de Orinoquiaphoto a traves de distintas secciones, etc.Me encantó este trabajo porque requeria tanto capacidad organizativa como creativa. También disfruté y aprendí muchísimo con Ramón y Vicky.
I join Orinoquiaphoto thanks to Ramon Lepage, an excellent photographer I met in the ONG. Orinoquiaphoto is a online Venezuelan photographic agency and representatives of Getty Images-Latin America in the country. When I worked with them, however, they were starting, and I helped entering the new images to the database, writing the descriptions, tags, and all the metadata info. I also developed a newsletter to publicize the work of Orinoquiaphoto with differnt sections, etc. I loved this job because it required both organizational and creative skills. I also had fun and learn a lot with Ramón and Vicky.
